  • What are your business hours?

    Mind and Body of Vero is available to serve you from Monday to Saturday. We are open from 9 AM to 5 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. On Thursdays, our doors open at 9 AM and remain open until 7:00 PM. Saturdays follow a slightly shorter schedule, from 9 AM to 2 PM. Please note that we are closed on Sundays.

  • Where are you located?

    Mind and Body of Vero is conveniently situated just North of Perkins Medical Supply in the 2-story building. 1040 37th Place Suite 202, Vero Beach, FL 32960.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    We generally don’t accept walk-ins. For same-day appointments we request the client to call ahead to make sure we have availability on the schedule.  

  • Do you accept insurance?

    We do not accept any form of insurance.

  • What is the NutraEval test for?

    It evaluates your nutrient levels and how well your body can use those nutrients. Alongside this, it includes markers that will tell how healthy your gut is, a small toxic elements profile, and a heavy metals test. 

  • Is the blood draw and analysis for the testing covered by insurance?

    The blood draw and analysis are not covered by insurance.

  • How long is a typical IV appointment?

    Depending on the IV and the client, most IV therapies can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 90 minutes.  There is always a chance that it can take longer.

  • Does getting an IV/IM hurt?

    As with anything involving needles, there will be a slight prick when the needle goes in, but it is no different than getting a shot at a doctor's office.

  • Do you have IV or IM injection packages?

    We do offer a buy 2 get 1 free package for our IM services.

  • What is the difference between a Swedish massage and a deep tissue massage?

    In a Swedish massage long, gliding strokes are used alongside some light kneading, with the goal of the massage being to induce relaxation and stress relief. In a deep tissue massage, slower and more forceful strokes are used, with the goal of the massage being to relieve chronic muscle.

  • Do your facials use all natural products?

    The professional products used for our facials are top notch. 98% of the ingredients come from plants and none have added fragrances.  They can be used on the most sensitive skin without irritation.

  • How long does brow tint last?

    Brow tinting can last up to 4 weeks, depending on your skin type.

  • Is electrolysis permanent?

    Electrolysis is the only FDA-approved permanent hair removal process and is safe for the entire body. 

  • How is the F.A.S.T. test different than a test I would get at my allegist?

    The F.A.S.T. test looks at more than just your allergic reactiom (IgE), it looks at your body's response to different foods (IgG 1,4 and C3b,d components) and how they may or may not cause inflammation. How it will affect person to person is very different. Inflammation can land anywhere causing increased fat cell, fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, autoimmune diseases, and many GI disorders that fall under Irritable Bowel Disease.

  • How does the membership program work?

    You select either our 50, 80, or 110 minute membership package. At the beginning of each month, you are automatically debited the amount of the membership you selected.  Your spa account has then been “credited” that amount.  This locks you in at that reduced rate for extra services of the same time length as your membership package. If you don’t use the service that month, it rolls over for up to a year. In addition, members get 20% off designated IVs and 10% off all products.

  • What services are provided?

    At Mind and Body of Vero, we offer a diverse range of services to cater to your wellness needs. Our offerings include soothing massages, rejuvenating facial and skincare treatments, revitalizing IV/IM therapies, effective weight loss programs with semaglutide, comprehensive nutrient testing, and expert nail care services.   • Do you have gift cards?

    Yes. We offer gift cards that are directly attached to the recipient’s customer account, meaning there is no worry if they happen to misplace the physical card itself. 

  • Do you accept American Express?

    We do accept American Express and all other credit cards.

  • Who do I pay for the F.A.S.T and NutraEval tests?

    Al of the payment for the tests are handled directly by the labs the tests are associated with; Genova for NutraEval and Infinite for the F.A.S.T test.

  • Do I need a doctor’s recommendation to get an IV?

     If you are over the age of 65, we require a complimentary consultation with one of our nurses before receiving IV therapy.

  • Who administers your IV and IM treatments?

    All our IM and IV treatments are administered by the registered nurses on staff.

  • How long do the IV’s last after administered?

    It all depends on different factors such as your age and the type of IV administered.

  • Is it possible for me to have a consultation with a Nurse?

    We offer a complimentary 15-minute in-person consultation with one of our nurses. 

  • Should I check with my physical therapist before scheduling a massage due to recent injury and ongoing physical therapy?

    Massages are often used in tandem with PT for injury recovery, but it's always best to talk to your PT before scheduling.

  • How is the signature facial tailored to me?

    Our trained estheticians will do a thorough analysis of your skin to find your specific skin type. They will also discuss your skin goals as well as any products you are currently using. From there they will customize a treatment plan suited for your skin type and goals. 

  • What kind of wax do you use?

    We use both soft and hard wax. The type of wax used is determined by which part of the body is being worked on.

  • Does electrolysis hurt?

    Electrolysis doesn’t typically cause too much discomfort, but you may feel a slight pinch. We do have a topical numbing cream that can be applied for a more comforting experience.
