Lymphatic Drainage – Uses a light, skin stretching massage alongside a mixture of deep breathing techniques to help promote the movement of lymphatic fluid out of swollen limbs.

Cupping – Uses silicone cups which adhere to the skin through suction to stimulate the flow of the body’s blood and lymph system to promote circulation and relieve musculoskeletal pain.

Himalayan Salt Stone – Hot salt stones are used as an extension of the therapists' hands to glide across the muscles, helping to increase blood circulation and reduce inflammation.

Reiki – Energetic therapy that employs light touch to soothe the mind, relax the body and improve energy flow.

Amino Blend - A blend of essential amino acids can help enhance athletic performance, decrease muscle loss, burn fat more quickly and improve metabolism speed.

Arginine - An important amino acid that can be produced naturally by the body, but often needs supplementation from diet or intravenous therapy. It performs vital functions in the body including boosting the immune system, promoting healthy skin, nails, and hair with the production of collagen, and minimizing stress.

B Complex - A powerful combination of essential B vitamins (B1- thiamine, B2- riboflavin, B3- niacinamide, B5- pantothenic acid, B6- pyridoxine) these vitamins boost energy and enhance the immune and nervous system, as well as decrease stress and anxiety.

Biotin - Plays a crucial role in carb, fat, and protein metabolism.  Biotin has been linked to improved hair health and maintaining proper function of the nervous system.  It’s important for the skin, hair, and nails.
